REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Returns & Cancellations
At Prime Vet Meds, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the invoice date. To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@primevetmeds.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that returns without an RMA cannot be accepted.
All returned items must be in their original, undamaged, and resalable condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories. A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. For safety and regulatory reasons, vaccines, iced items, syringes, needles, and prescription medications are non-returnable.
Shipping charges—both initial and return—are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If your return causes the final invoice amount to fall below the minimum required for free shipping, standard shipping fees will be applied retroactively. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and secure packaging when returning any items to ensure safe and documented delivery.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled by emailing sales@primevetmeds.com as soon as possible. Please note that a 10% cancellation fee applies to all cancelled orders. While we make every effort to process cancellation requests promptly, we cannot guarantee that email cancellations will be completed before your order has shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and follow our return policy to process your return.
Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
Refused or unclaimed packages will be refunded, minus shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee, once the items have been received and inspected by Prime Vet Meds. To qualify for a refund, all returned products must be in acceptable, resalable condition. Please note that vaccines and prescription items are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing sales@primevetmeds.com . Kindly retain all original packaging materials until you receive further instructions from our team. We appreciate your cooperation and will work diligently to resolve any issues promptly and to your satisfaction.
